WHAT IS THE ACTORS NETS?
ACTORS NETS is a combination of many helpful tools offered for the performing arts. Our services are designed for professional actors and also for beginners who wish to break into the acting world. ACTORS NETS uses a unique search engine that lists all of our members in many categories, starting from their names and down to their shoe size. Finding you has never been easier. Our services include casting notices, auditions sides, actors search, credit listings, promotional tools and many other benefits!
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
It's simple, just register in our site. You will receive an e-mail which will provide you with your new username & password. Once you login, you will be able to create your profile, add your resume and upload your photos.
DOES IT COST ANYTHING?
There is absolutely no fee to open an account. We offer a 100% free account with a resume, picture, casting calls, and other promotional tools. We also offer more advanced packages for professional actors at a low fee. This fee is simply to hold more of your data on our hard drive, and it does cover every feature we offer on the site.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE?
It's quite easy. Login to your Actors Net account. Go to EDIT PROFILE. There you can either use the wizard or click on the section that you want to edit. Your resume can be edited in the credit section.
I HAVE A PROBLEM UPLOADING PICTURES
If you are having issue uploading a picture, please first make sure your pictures are less than 1000kb (1MB) and are jpg, or .gif. If you will try to upload any other format or any other size it won't work.
If you still facing difficulties even when you checked that your images are less then 1MB) and are .jpg, or .gif, then please contact us.
HOW TO ADD MORE PHOTO ON MY PROFILE?
You can upload 1 Photo if you have a free subscription. You be able to add more photo after you upgrade your subscription. Having more photo on your profile can lead to more audition.
CAN'T SUBMIT FOR ANY CASTING CALL?
If you have a Free account you won't be able to apply for any casting call but you can make your own actors profile and send it to directors. You may upgrade your subscription from 1$ a month. Your profile will shine more on the eyes of Talent Scout, Producer, and Directors and you be able to apply for any role in ACTORS.NET.
HOW TO UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Login to your account and click on the link "Upgrade" on the Useful tools / Updates Box in your actor dashboard. This link will redirect you to our secured payment gateway where you could complete your transaction.
HOW TO UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP FROM PROFESSIONAL TO PREMIUM?
You can simply upgrade your subscription to the next level. By clicking on the link " Upgrade" on the Useful tools/Updates Box in your actor dashboard. This link will direct you to our secured payment gateway where you can upgrade your subscription.

HOW TO DISABLE MY ACCOUNT!
If you would like to disable your account, you can do so by Logging in to your account, then go to "TOOLS & SETTINGS" > "MAIL & PRIVACY" > Click on "DISABLE ACCOUNT" and follow the instruction on the page.
* Please note that even after your account is disabled some Search engines will still show your page in their index. What you see there is an old index (archived page). The engine will eventually remove that page, but this process may take up to 3 months.

HOW TO REMOVE MY PROFILE FROM SEARCH ENGINES?
If you would like your account not to be indexed by search engines, you can do so by Logging in to your account, then go to "My Tools" > "Account Settings" and uncheck the box "I would like my profile to be viewed by unregistered users and indexed with search engines." Then click SAVE.
HOW TO CHANGE MY EMAIL ON FILE?
Login to your profile and go to "Edit Profile" and click on "General Details". Scroll to the bottom of the page (Under "Contact Details"), you will see a link "Click here to change your Email". Follow the instructions and you will be able to change you email on file.
